You Can Make It

Life is not always fair. It throws things at each of us that can catch us off guard and under prepared and can stop us in our tracks. Death of a loved one, financial crisis, unexpected diagnosis from your doctor just to name a few of life crisis we might face.

Today, whatever you are facing, whatever huge monster is standing in your pathway for victory I would like to assure you, you can and are going to make it through.

How do I know this? Because Daniel 11:32 (New King James Version, 1982), tells us ...” but the people who know their God shall be strong and carry out great exploits.” This verse helps us to understand the simple truth of putting the time into developing a relationship with God and getting to know Him, and when we do, we are be able to do brave, daring, courageous and bold things right in the face of opposition and trouble. We will be able to stand up and say not today, not in my house.

The bible is full of stories of ordinary people like you and me who had many problems in life.  But their story was not stopped by the problem and neither is yours. Theirs ended in triumph, success, and victory and so will yours.

In 1 John 4:4 (New Living Translation Bible, 1996), the bible states “but you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.”

I wish I had the time to share with you my many stories of life that included heartbreak, anguish, agony, sorrow, pain, and how over time they were all turned into success’s and victories stories because the Greater One is living in me.

Don’t give up and don’t quit! You can and will make it thorough whatever situation and giant you are facing today because the Greater One is living inside of you as well.

One final thought on this subject is in Philippians 4:13 (New King James Version, 1982), the bible says, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” You are a winner not because of who you are but who’s you are. You belong to Jesus Christ. Becauses you are His you can face your problems today with hope and assurance knowing everything will be alright because the Greater One is living inside of you.
