Pastor Michael Pilmore
Meet Pastor Michael Pilmore, a down-to-earth, seasoned pastor with over 30 years of ministry experience. With a heart for sharing the Gospel, he’s all about helping people find Jesus and step confidently into their God-given purpose. Whether he’s teaching, leading, or offering a listening ear, Pastor Mike is passionate about equipping others to grow in faith and thrive in their calling.
A lifelong learner, Pastor Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in theological studies from Dominion Bible Institute and Seminary, is a graduate of Rhema Bible College (RBC), and is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). He integrates Lean Agile principles into his ministry, emphasizing adaptability, collaboration, and continuous growth to better serve the church and its mission. He’s constantly sharpening his skills by attending ministry and leadership conferences, connecting with other leaders, and exploring fresh ideas for making an impact.
But there’s more to Pastor Mike than ministry! A guitar player for over 50 years, he’s led worship teams, played in bands, and even written songs that draw people closer to God. When he’s not strumming his guitar, you’ll probably find him hitting the road on his motorcycle, enjoying water sports, fishing, or just soaking up time with his family.
Mike and his wife Kim, married since 1989, are the definition of #CoupleGoals. Together, they’ve built a life centered on faith, love, and family with their two amazing sons. Pastor Mike’s story is one of faith, fun, and a whole lot of heart—come be part of the journey!
Pastor Kim Pilmore
Meet Pastor Kim Pilmore, a powerhouse of talent and passion at His Grace Church. With a heart for worship that started in her school choir days, she now leads worship at His Grace Church and brings energy and authenticity to everything she does.
But Kim’s expertise goes far beyond the church stage. She’s got a killer resume, holding a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of the Incarnate Word (UIW), where she was part of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business. Her professional skills span business, IT, software development, project management, leadership, and coaching. She’s also rocking certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Project Manager (CPM), and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). Oh, and did we mention she’s a licensed cosmetologist too? Yep, she’s got the creative side covered as well.
When she’s not leading worship or taking on big projects, Kim loves getting creative with sewing and scrolling through Pinterest for inspiration. She also enjoys spending quality time with Pastor Mike, hanging out, and watching movies together. Married since 1989, Kim and Mike have built a life centered on faith, love, and family, raising two amazing sons along the way. Whether she’s mentoring others, crafting something new, or just relaxing with family, Pastor Kim is all about serving God and inspiring those around her.
Pastor Sandy Hertzfeld
Meet Pastor Sandy Hertzfeld, an Associate Pastor at His Grace Church with over 30 years of experience in leading worship, teaching the Bible, and keeping church life running smoothly. She’s all about helping people discover their talents and purpose while creating a welcoming atmosphere wherever she goes.
Sandy’s got skills in just about everything—worship, Bible teaching, coaching, kids’ ministry, women’s ministry, and organizing all the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps things moving. She has a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Human Development from Dominion Bible Institute and Seminary, is a Rhema Bible College (RBC) grad, and is certified as both a Life Coach (CLC) and Professional Coach (CPC). Basically, if you need guidance, Sandy’s your go-to.
When she’s not pastoring, Sandy loves enjoying music, relaxing at the beach, making amazing meals, and laughing along with funny movies. She’s all about deep conversations, hanging out with her family and friends, and enjoying the little things. Married to Pastor Mark, her partner-in-life, they’ve built a home full of love, laughter, and great memories with their son.
Whether she’s leading worship or just catching some beachside peace, Pastor Sandy is here to serve God, inspire others, and live life with a whole lot of heart.
Pastor Mark Hertzfeld
Meet Pastor Mark Hertzfeld, an Associate Pastor at His Grace Church with over 30 years of ministry experience and a heart for helping people bring God’s Word into their everyday lives. Whether he’s teaching, mentoring, or just sharing his love for the Gospel, Pastor Mark is all about empowering others to grow in faith and purpose.
Mark’s background is packed with experience—he’s pastored and founded a church, served as an interim pastor, worked with an inner-city bus ministry for kids, and traveled to share the Good News. On top of all that, he’s got a creative side, playing the piano and composing Christian music that uplifts and inspires.
Education? Mark’s got that covered too! He holds a Master of Divinity from Oral Roberts University (ORU), a Bachelor’s in Business from St. Andrew’s University, and is a proud Rhema Bible College (RBC) grad.
Outside of ministry, Mark is all about good food, great company, and meaningful conversations. He’s a self-proclaimed BBQ expert and food critic with over 24,000 followers who share his love for flavor and fun. Married to Pastor Sandy, his partner in life and ministry, they’ve built a life filled with love, laughter, and shared adventures with their son.
Whether he’s teaching, playing music, or hunting down the best BBQ spot, Pastor Mark is here to serve God, inspire others, and bring a little joy to everyone he meets.
