Pastor Michael Pilmore
Michael Pilmore, a seasoned Lead Pastor with over three decades of dedicated service in the ministry, possesses a wealth of experience. With a proven track record in spreading the Gospel, he specializes in providing pastoral care, adeptly managing church affairs, and offering exceptional leadership.
Mike is fueled by an unwavering passion to witness individuals embrace Jesus Christ and strives to equip fellow Christians to fulfill their divine purpose and calling in life. His commitment to nurturing spiritual growth is evident in his background, holding a bachelor's degree in theological studies from Dominion Bible Institute and Seminary, and graduating from Rhema Bible College (RBC). In his pursuit of growth and learning, he frequently engages in ministry and leadership conferences to foster connections and share innovative ideas with fellow leaders.
Beyond his pastoral duties, Pastor Mike finds joy in the realm of music, having played the guitar for more than half a century. He has led worship services, contributed his musical talents to worship bands, and even composed songs designed for worshipful experiences.
Outside of his ministry and musical endeavors, Mike's interests encompass a wide array of activities, including a passion for motorcycle riding, various water sports, musical expression, fishing, and cherishing quality moments with his cherished family. He and his beloved spouse, Kim, have shared a loving marriage since 1989 and are blessed with two sons who complete their close-knit family.
Pastor Kim Pilmore
Kim Pilmore serves as a Pastor at His Grace Church, where her passion for music has found expression since her early school years when she first joined a choir. Presently, she takes the helm in leading worship at His Grace Church and regularly ministers on Thursday nights.
Kim's wide-ranging areas of expertise encompass business, information technology, software development, program and project management, leadership, teaching, coaching, and guiding worship. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Incarnate Word (UIW) and is proudly affiliated with the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business. Notably, Kim also pursued studies in Cosmetology and is a licensed Cosmetologist.
In addition to her academic achievements, Kim holds professional certifications in various domains, including Project Management (CPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Program Consultant (SPC).
Kim is happily married to Pastor Mike and is a mother to two sons.
Pastor Sandy Hertzfeld
Sandy Hertzfeld serves as an Associate Pastor at His Grace Church, boasting an impressive track record of over three decades in guiding worship, delivering biblical teachings, and adeptly managing church affairs. Her true calling lies in nurturing the talents and potential of others.
Sandy's expertise encompasses church worship, fundamental Bible instruction, individual coaching, children's ministry, women's ministry, and the efficient administration of church activities. With a natural talent for organization, she relishes the art of systematizing various aspects of church life.
Sandy holds a Bachelor of Religious Science in Sociology and Human Development from Dominion Bible Institute and Seminary. Her educational journey also includes graduation from Rhema Bible College (RBC). She carries the titles of Certified Life Coach (CLC) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC), underlining her commitment to helping others excel.
Beyond her pastoral role, Sandy finds joy in music, the serenity of the beach, engaging conversations, culinary artistry, quality time with family and friends, and the light-heartedness of funny movies. She shares her life with her husband, Mark Hertzfeld, and they have a son who enriches their journey.
Pastor Mark Hertzfeld
Mark Hertzfeld assumes the role of Associate Pastor at His Grace Church, bringing with him an impressive ministry career spanning over three decades. His unwavering passion centers on empowering individuals to apply the teachings of the Word of God in their daily lives.
Mark's areas of specialization encompass applied theology, personal development, and financial planning. His diverse experience includes the founding and pastoring of a church, interim pastoral service, Gospel proclamation through travel, and dedicated work in an inner city bus ministry focused on children. Mark's creative side shines as he plays the piano and enjoys composing Christian music.
Mark's educational journey is marked by a Master of Divinity degree from Oral Roberts University (ORU) and a Bachelor's degree in Business from St. Andrew's University. He also holds the distinction of graduating from Rhema Bible College (RBC).
Beyond his pastoral duties, Mark showcases his discerning palate as a self-proclaimed food critic with a substantial following of over 24,000 enthusiasts. He relishes the flavors of barbeque and savors engaging conversations with others. Mark is a loving husband to Sandy Hertzfeld and shares the joy of parenthood with their son.
