In 1998, Pastor Mike and Kim Pilmore set out with a heartfelt vision to create a welcoming space for worship in San Antonio. Their mission was simple: to help people experience the presence of God, follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, and discover practical teachings that bring real transformation to everyday life. That vision continues to guide us today, inviting every generation to grow in faith and purpose
Our Call.
In 1996, Pastor Mike and Kim felt called to transition from evangelism to pastoring, driven by a vision to reach every generation. In 1998, His Grace Church launched in San Antonio—a place where people could connect with God, grow in faith, and find practical teachings for everyday life. Decades later, we’re still here, inspiring and empowering each generation.
Our Journey.
In the fall of 1998, Pastor Mike and Kim, joined by one other person, set out on an exciting mission to start a new church in San Antonio, Texas. On the first Sunday of October 1998, they held their very first service in a hotel conference room off I-10 and Huebner Road. What began as a small gathering with big faith has grown into a thriving community that’s still making an impact today.
